This free case-based activity includes discussion of a 72 year old man with recurrent gross hematuria. A CT urogram reveals left renal pelvis thickening with calyceal dilation and borderline lymphadenopathy. Along with the patient case, there is a discussion board on ASCO Connection, where users can post comments/questions to each other and to the faculty. At the end of this course you should be able to:
- Apply multimodality management of resectable upper tract urothelial cancer
- Review ongoing and upcoming clinical trials of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in upper tract urothelial cancers
- Evaluate current surgical concepts and approaches to urothelial cancers of the upper tract
