Node-Positive Breast Cancer: ASCO Tumor Boards

This is a case-based activity that includes discussion of a 41-year-old female African American  with a 2.1 cm high grade triple negative cancer. Along with the patient case, there is a discussion board on ASCO Connection, where users can post comments/questions to each other and to the faculty.  At the end of this course you should be able to:

  1. Apply current systemic therapy regimen for triple negative breast cancer 
  2. Analyze the role for postmastectomy radiotherapy and identify patients who are most likely to benefit 
  3. Evaluate the issues and challenges to integrating reconstruction with delivery of adjuvant cancer therapies
