ASCO University will transition to a new learning platform that will house all your e-learning coursework in an updated and easy to navigate system.
The following are some Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Do I still have access to my current courses?
A: Yes. You will have the same access to all the courses you have purchased or were offered free to you.
Q: Do I still have access to my CME certificates?
A: Yes. If you have already requested CME credit for the completed courses, you still have access to those certificates. In fact, the certificates are much easier to access in the new platform
Q: If I have completed the course, but have not requested the certificate, can I still request the certificate in the new platform?
A: You have until January 28, 2013 to request certificate for the completed courses. However, if you do not claim the certificate by January 28, 2013, you will need to re-take the course to claim the certificate.
Q: I am in the middle of a course. If I can’t finish the course by January 28, 2013, will my progress be saved in the new platform?
A: No. Your progress in the incomplete course will not be transferred to the new platform. We ask you to complete the course by January 28, 2013. However, you can re-take the same course in the new platform.
