In September, Peter Illei, MD, Joan Schiller, MD, and Ramaswamy Govindan, MD, focused on a patient with advanced NSCLC.

The module covered the various histologic, molecular, and genetic factors that influence diagnosis and treatment decisions, with specific attention paid to EGFR and K-ras status. It examined the roles of EGFR TKIs in first line therapy and maintenance therapy for patients with advanced NSCLC.
