Engage Your Peers - 2009 ASCO Tumor Boards

Welcome to ASCO’s Tumor Boards, a pilot series of online modules that provide learners with the opportunity to discuss the latest practice-relevant medical advances. Each module consists of two main sections - a patient case discussion and an online discussion forum.

The case discussions are slides accompanied by an audio file and are prepared by expert faculty. At the same time, learners may also participate in the online discussion forum, where participants can ask questions about the case to the faculty and to one another. The faculty will weigh in on a regular basis.

Each tumor board is active for one month and is accredited with 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. All tumor board modules for 2009 are free and open to all. Accessing the modules will require an ASCO.org account. All ASCO members automatically have an account - nonmembers can create one here.

November's Tumor Board Module: Ovarian Cancer (active forum)
